We have discovered that many issues can be solved over email or Whatsapp without the need for you to send it back or bring it down to our service centre.
Return Policy
You can exercise your right of withdrawal up to 30 days after purchase. After you have informed us that you would like to make use of this right, you have 14 days to return the item. The following
conditions apply in this regard:
The items must be in new condition, in the original packaging and the product accessories must be complete. Otherwise Solis will charge corresponding costs (loss of value).
It is not possible to return individual parts or accessories.
If there is no valid proof of purchase, the right of withdrawal expires.
Product packages cannot be returned individually.
The consumer is responsible for the correct packaging of the product. In the event of transport damage due to inadequate packaging, Solis will charge costs for this (depreciation). Solis offers the option of making your return insured. The relevant costs are borne by the consumer.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you may contact us for an exchange with no questions asked within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

As soon as we have received your return, we will process it. After receiving your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days.
When do I get a new product?
As soon as we have received your return, we will process it. After receiving your return, you will receive the desired product within 5 working days.
