We provide a guarantee for our product if the defect can be proven to have arisen as a result of material and / or construction errors and with correct treatment and care.

The warranty period begins on the date of sale according to the sales receipt / online invoice, which must be enclosed with the form. We offer a 2-year warranty period for all products, except for selected models of hair dryer and stand fans which carry a 5-year warranty period. In the event of a warranty claim, the receipt or a copy of it must be enclosed with the item. If this is missing, no guarantee can be granted.
